On the 1h chart, $PEPE ran from 0.00000981 up to 0.00001170 before cooling off near 0.00001104. Short EMAs are starting to flatten, showing momentum has slowed, but the longer EMA still holds, which keeps the overall trend bullish. A clean breakout above 0.00001250–0.000013 would be the key signal for the next leg higher.
This pump wasn’t just random—it followed Powell’s dovish comments that boosted risk assets across the board. At the same time, whales have been loading up. Over the last month, around 650B PEPE has been accumulated, while exchange balances dropped to multi-month lows. That tells me big wallets are preparing for a bigger move and reducing supply pressure.
My take: I don’t think ATH is happening immediately. The chart still needs confirmation above resistance, and volume has to return. But with Powell adding liquidity fuel and whales quietly stacking, PEPE does have a shot at building momentum again. For me, 0.00002 looks like a realistic mid-term target. Pepe looks solid right now. The 1D and 3D charts both show strength, and if it breaks above the 0.0000125–0.0000132 range, I see a clear path toward 0.000019–0.000030. That’s basically around a 2x move from here, which is why many people are getting excited.
But here’s my honest thought: Pepe is still a memecoin. Yes, it can pump fast, but it can also dump just as fast. If you want to take the risk, sure, there’s upside here. Personally though, I prefer keeping most of my money in top-tier tokens like $ETH , BTC, and $XRP . They might not give you a clean 2x overnight, but they’re safer and less likely to crush your hard-earned money with a sudden dump.
So for me, Pepe looks good on the chart, but I’ll treat it more as a short-term play while staying heavier in the majors.
