On the evening of April 27, news spread that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) had approved three ProShares XRP ETFs. Markets quickly reacted. XRP’s price jumped 4% on April 28 after news of the SEC approval, though many traders had mistakenly bet on a spot ETF, not approved.
The approved products are futures-backed ETFs: Ultra XRP ETF (2x long), Short XRP ETF (1x short), and Ultra Short XRP ETF (2x short), based on XRP futures contracts, not physical XRP. The SEC’s framework for approving futures ETFs is much less cumbersome — if the regulator doesn’t challenge the filing within a certain time frame, it goes into effect automatically.
Despite the misunderstanding, XRP’s resilience suggests that optimism remains intact, especially as the ruling on Grayscale’s application for a spot XRP ETF is set for no later than May 22
A futures ETF would enable one to gain access to the price of XRP without having to purchase the token itself. The new ProShares ETFs are going to be following XRP’s performance based on the XRP Index.

$ETH Returned $5.7 million nominally exceeded the value of the initially stolen crypto assets due to the increase in their market value. After the attack, ZK and ETH rose by 16.6% and 8.8% respectively. However, the return of assets did not affect the further growth of the ZK token. On the contrary, it fell by 3% in one day. The token is currently trading at $0.05469, and its market capitalization is $201 million.
Recently, the decentralized exchange KiloEx was affected by a hacker attack, from which crypto assets worth $7.4 million were stolen. Later, the hacker agreed to return part of the funds to the exchange — 1.4 million USDT stablecoins.

Hey everyone, I’ve put together a detailed analysis on $ETH today—let’s dive right in.
In my previous post, I mentioned that $ETH was likely to form a bottom at a specific price level (refer to the first screenshot), and I advised you to start accumulating. That call marked the exact local bottom, and since then, ETH has rallied 34%.
Currently, there are several CME gaps around the present price range (see second screenshot), which I expect to be filled in the coming days.
Right now, $ETH is facing Fibonacci resistance (third screenshot), making this a strategic zone to consider booking some profits. If ETH consolidates here and gets rejected, we could see a dip toward the weekly order block around the $1200 level. While I think that scenario is unlikely, it’s wise to keep some USDT on hand just in case. For this bearish outlook to be invalidated, ETH needs to close a daily candle above the resistance zone.
Since May 2021, ETH has underperformed compared to BTC. However, it's now sitting on strong monthly support (see fourth screenshot), setting the stage for a potential rebound. That’s why I expect ETH to start outperforming BTC in the coming months. If this support fails, though, it could be a significant blow to ETH.
Overall, I’m anticipating a short-term pullback—there’s plenty of liquidity below $1700—but after that, ETH should see a strong move to the upside.
