According to a report on Whale Alert, an entity identified by the address "bc1qc" transferred 3,250 Bitcoins to the Kraken exchange.
The history of this address reveals quite limited information, but in any case this transfer represents a significant but not overwhelming part of the wallet's total holdings.
Currently this address of the same anonymous entity holds another 20,282 bitcoins worth $1.44 billion.
