Lost over 300,000 in crypto trading, only now I realize where I went wrong.

One, how did I get into this?
I am an ordinary person, not a programmer, not a trader, and certainly not an old player in the crypto circle.
At the beginning of entering the market, it was actually a friend who said: "Put in 10,000 and see, this thing is rising fast now." I hesitated for a moment, thought about it, and then tried it.
