I’m just being real here - some of these projects with solid fundamentals at these prices are an absolute steal. I’m stacking up. People keep throwing around “altseason this, altseason that,” but trust me, the market moves when you least expect it.
Will there be an “altseason”? Who knows.
But what I do know is that these projects won’t stay this cheap forever. The only logical direction from here should be up.
