Why does everyone keep saying bull market
When they don't even look at the fact that Bitcoin is already at a high position
Why isn't it rising? Because institutions are distributing, and there is no new capital inflow

The first time it hit 100,000, they sold, and it dropped to 90,000 but held their positions
