🔹 1. Volatility

→ Refers to the degree of price fluctuation of a coin in a short period.

Example: The price of $PEPE can move from +12% → -7% → +4% within an hour.

📉 High volatility = Easy to double, easy to lose double.

📌 Trading coins with high volatility requires strict stop-loss because the trader's psychology can easily break.

🔹 2. Bull Trap

→ Occurs when the price suddenly increases sharply → causing people to FOMO into long positions → then the market reverses.

Example: BTC rises from 59K → 61K, everyone goes long, then the price drops back to 57K in 15 minutes.

📌 Signs: price increases without accompanying volume or is strongly rejected at resistance.

⚠️ Long trap = mass liquidation.

🔹 3. Liquidity

→ Refers to the amount of coin/token available for trading at a reasonable price.

Example: You place an order to buy 10,000 $BONK. If liquidity is low, you will be filled in parts, each part at a different price → high slippage.

📌 The more obscure the coin → the easier it is to lose money due to low liquidity.

🔹 4. Position Size

→ Refers to the amount of money you use to enter a trade.

Example: You have 500 USDT but should only enter 100-150 USDT per trade → to diversify capital + maintain psychology.

What do I currently have in my asset portfolio?

I am a safe investor, not a gambler, so my account only contains stablecoins USD and EUR. They make up about 95% of my account. I only keep the exact amount needed in each coin to receive the highest flexible interest rate possible. The remaining 5% I reserve for BTC and BNB.

Currently, I have 500FDUSD, 400USDC, 200USDT, and 300 EURI; the rest I convert into XUSD with a 2.8% interest rate. Every week, I will earn about 2XUSD in interest. Every month, I continue to inject idle money, around 5-10 million, into the exchange. Additionally, I automatically buy BTC and BNB every day, once every 12 hours, 1XUSD regardless of the price; I believe in the future of BTC and BNB. If the market goes up, I will buy less; if the market goes down, I will buy more.

I may not be rich right now, and in 3 months to a year, I may lose, but in about 5 years, I think I will have a considerable amount.

Many people mock me, claiming that with just one trade, they can profit more than I do in a year. Yes, they have their path, and I have mine. I am not rich; I value the money I earn, I lack experience, and I don't have a steel spirit, so I cannot pretend to be rich to play their game.
