I entered the crypto market quite timidly in 2022 with 50 reais in Ethereum and 50 reais in Bitcoin. I saw these 100 reais drop to 34 reais, and this year it hit 270. I decided to invest another 600 reais to feel the market with some meme coins. However, as happened before, this total of 700 reais is now at 500 reais. My question is whether the behavior of cryptocurrencies is always like this: they go down before making a leap?
I think about holding, but does it work for crypto?
Any guidance for someone coming from fixed income and entering the market?
Is it better to buy devalued coins or to buy crumbs of Bitcoin?
