Pi coin is really garbage. I started mining it in October 2019. At that time, everyone was saying that Pi coin was a scam, and I was curious about how it was a scam, so I downloaded a miner. The computing power was quite high back then, about 3.5 coins per hour. I mined for more than half a year, but it wasn't useful, so I stopped. Later, in October 2020, when BTC surged, I started playing with coins and casually checked the progress of the Pi project, so I continued mining since it was free. By 2021, during the bull market, I made a big profit with Babydoge and began to despise Pi coin, which was really at a level where everyone criticized it. As soon as Pi was mentioned in the group, people would curse, so I stopped mining Pi. Then in 2022, there was a black swan event, and I suffered huge losses. In 2023, when Core was launched on major exchanges, I regained a bit of confidence in Pi and mined for a while. Until a month ago when Pi suddenly appeared on several exchanges, I re-downloaded the app. After all, I had eight thousand coins across four accounts. The result was that the project team kept delaying the KYC process for us, imposing various restrictions on Chinese users' ability to cash out. Now, I've given up on all my other accounts, keeping just one with my personal information, which only has 1,200 base coins. I don't know when they will approve me. I also staked for three years.
