The Binance restrictions have changed now; they will not unlock your account just because you change devices. I have also been restricted before, and generally, changing devices or waiting a few hours will unlock it. However, one account that was restricted yesterday has not been unlocked for over 24 hours. I asked customer service, and they said to submit an appeal, and only after unlocking will I be able to continue. This is clearly different from what was said before, as previously, even with restrictions, you could still continue. This account was restricted because there was an internal transfer that day. Everyone, please be cautious and cherish your accounts. Although it's a pity about my score, I consider it a relief; I did not incur any loss.
