How I Control My Emotions When the Market Drops
The crypto market doesn't always go up, often it makes you panic when it suddenly turns red 😅.
In the past, I often FOMOed when it was green and was afraid when it was red, eventually cutting losses below and regretting when the price bounced back up.
Now, I try several ways to stay calmer when the market drops:
✅ Focus on the long-term: I only DCA into coins that I believe in, not all coins.
✅ Check charts as needed, not every minute.
✅ Remember the market is not an enemy, but a patient teacher.
✅ Have an entry and exit plan from the start so that I don't panic when prices fall.
With this approach, I learn to trade not just for profit, but also to learn to control my emotions.

✅ $BTC at 59,800 for long-term accumulation
✅ $ETH at 3,110 for a spot swing of 5-10%
✅ Still monitoring $SOL if it drops to the next support area
