The collaboration aims to develop a digital currency financial securities trading platform. Previously, Huatu Securities received a virtual asset upgrade license, allowing it to legally offer virtual asset-related trading services in Hong Kong under specific conditions. Qualified professional investors can directly trade virtual assets on the Huatu Securities platform.

According to PANews, Bitwise Asset Management's Chief Investment Officer, Matt Hougan, has expressed optimism about the future of digital asset Exchange-Traded Products (ETPs). He anticipates the launch of larger-scale ETPs over the next decade, potentially featuring index-based products.Since November 2024, the United States has seen a surge in cryptocurrency ETF applications, focusing on digital currencies like Solana, XRP, and Litecoin. Hougan emphasized that resolving the debate over whether cryptocurrencies should be classified as securities or commodities could significantly boost market development. He stated, "Without clear definitions, market growth is hindered. However, once these definitions are established, I believe there will be explosive growth in U.S. products."
