Why does the market drop after I buy? And rise after I sell?
Have you ever felt that the market is against you? You buy a cryptocurrency and the price drops immediately, then you sell it at a loss... and suddenly the price starts to rise! This feeling is very common among traders, especially in their early days, and there are logical and psychological reasons for it.
First, the most important reason is emotional trading. Many people buy during a rise out of fear of missing out (FOMO), and sell during a drop out of panic. This means they enter late and exit at the worst time.
Second, the absence of a clear trading plan makes decisions random. A successful trader does not rely on intuition but on a strategy that includes: when to enter? when to exit? how much to risk? and when to stop?
Third, psychological bias plays a role. You notice losses more than gains, and remember the opportunities you missed more than the successes you achieved. This is human nature, but it is dangerous in trading.
So, what is the solution?
✍️ Create a clear trading plan and stick to it.
⌛ Use the dollar-cost averaging (DCA) method instead of going all in at once.
🧠 Train yourself to manage your emotions, and do not make decisions under the pressure of fear or greed.
📓 Record every trade: Why did you enter? What was the outcome? You will learn a lot from reviewing your mistakes.
📊 Learn technical analysis or follow trusted analysts instead of following rumors.

⌛ استخدم أسلوب الشراء التدريجي (DCA) بدلًا من الدخول الكامل دفعة واحدة.
🧠 درّب نفسك على ضبط العاطفة، ولا تتخذ قرارًا تحت ضغط الخوف أو الطمع.

How?
Before this attack, the market was in an overbought condition, requiring a correction to cool off its strength and establish a swing low, which has already formed, and its strength has also calmed down.
The current technical situation of the market appears to be bullish, as its strength has dropped to its lowest level, and the Bollinger range volatility is at its highest, with the price movement also extended.
Therefore, technically, the market is a good buying option.
This is my plan: I have already opened a futures position on Ethereum from 2510, which is a setup for a swing average interest rate.
Thus, traders can also consider the current market price for setting up a swing average interest rate of 10% of their capital.
