I keep seeing people say “XRP is going to $5000!” — but let’s be realistic and look at the math.
If XRP reaches $5000, with a circulating supply of around 59 billion coins, that would mean a market cap of nearly $295 TRILLION. If we use the full max supply of 100 billion XRP, that’s $500 TRILLION.
To compare:
• The entire global GDP is around $105 trillion.
• The entire crypto market is worth about $2.5 trillion.
• Apple, Microsoft, Bitcoin, and Ethereum combined are worth a fraction of that.
So saying XRP will hit $5000 is like saying XRP alone will be worth more than every company, country, currency, and commodity on Earth — combined. That’s not bullish. That’s delusional.
Let’s be honest:
• $5–$10 could happen in a strong bull run.
• $20–$50 might be possible with mass adoption and legal clarity.
• $100+ already stretches the limits of what’s realistic.
But $5000? That’s not investing — that’s a fantasy novel.
