A shocking change! China is quietly moving, and the US economy is in turmoil!
Trump suddenly postponed the tax policy for many countries, but China is still being suppressed. But there is one thing you must not have noticed-China is quietly controlling the lifeblood of the US economy! 📉
China no longer exerts pressure through taxes, but holds the ultimate weapon: $760 billion in US Treasury bonds!
China is now the second largest creditor of the United States, holding more than $3.2 trillion in foreign exchange reserves! If China chooses to sell Treasury bonds, US interest rates will soar, the US dollar will face a crisis, and global markets will panic.
- Last week, the yield on the 10-year US Treasury bond rose sharply to 4.49%, the highest point since 2001!
- The price of US Treasury bonds plummeted, causing the US government's borrowing costs to soar.
The strongest market volatility occurred during the Asian session, and investors generally speculated that China might be manipulating the price of US Treasury bonds. The US Treasury Secretary hurriedly appeased: "The more you borrow, the more power you have!" But this year the United States needs to issue an additional $2 trillion in debt, plus the old debt that is due, a total of $8 trillion in debt needs to be solved.
- Just a slight interest rate hike will cost the United States an extra $100 billion!
Trump saw that the debt crisis was imminent and had to retreat temporarily. At this time, China is targeting this Achilles' heel of the US economy.
- At a time when the US dollar is turbulent, China quietly increases its gold purchases!
China has increased its gold reserves for five consecutive months, triggering a frenzy in the market, causing gold to rise and the US dollar to fall. Global investors are "voting" for a new safe haven.
- According to the International Monetary Fund, the proportion of the US dollar in global foreign exchange reserves has fallen to 58%, compared with more than 70% 20 years ago.
The world is gradually moving away from the US dollar, especially with the tightening of US tax policies. President Xi does not need to fire a lot of fire, as long as he slightly deflates the US market, the US market will be in chaos!
- Summary: China does not need to sell a large amount of treasury bonds. Just a small sell-off news during the Asian trading hours is enough to keep global investors awake at night!

How high can ETH rise at the peak of the bull market???
This is actually quite easy to estimate.
I estimate the reasonable price of Bitcoin during the bull market to be between $140,000 and $160,000. I settle on $155,000.
In a major bull market, Bitcoin's market share is 0.32. Therefore, the total market cap of the crypto market is $155,000 * 21,000,000 / 0.32 = $10,171,875,000,000.
The peak market share of ETH in a bull market is 0.2.
$10,171,875,000,000 * 0.2 = $2,034,375,000,000.
$2,034,375,000,000 / 120,000,000 = $16,953.
The current price of Bitcoin is $94,000. If it rises to $155,000, that’s a 70% increase.
So if ETH rises 4 times, it will reach the peak price.
However, I tend to discount my own estimates by 30%. I'm not very confident.
So the price of ETH would be $16,953 * 0.7 = $11,727.
How much Bitcoin and Ethereum do you hold? Multiply by these two numbers, and that’s roughly your peak profit in the bull market.
