🤖 Built My Own Binance Futures Bot — Looking for Real Trader Advice

Hey everyone 👋

Recently, I got really interested in trading Binance Futures. At first, I was trading manually — studying price action, testing strategies, and learning from mistakes. Eventually, I decided to automate part of the process and built my own custom bot with the help of ChatGPT.

⚙️ The bot performs multi-layered technical analysis using:

MACD, RSI, SMA

BBW (Bollinger Band Width), ATR

VWAP, OBV

It supports trend-following and mean-reversion strategies, adapts to market volatility, evaluates signal strength through confirmations, and includes a trailing stop system for smarter exits.

🧪 It’s not fully automated yet — I’m still testing it in live conditions and improving the logic.

🔒 I’m not sharing the code for now, just looking to learn from more experienced traders and devs.

My First Experience with Futures: Mistakes, Lessons, and Hope for the Future

This week, I decided to try my hand at futures trading. I deposited around $20 and started cautiously — using 5x, 10x, and 15x leverage. Everything seemed to be going fine at first. I wasn’t rushing and tried to keep a clear mind. But at some point, I lost my patience…

I started opening positions with 50x and even 125x leverage. That’s when the real problems began — my balance started disappearing right before my eyes. Before I knew it, my account hit zero.

This experience made me reflect a lot. I realized that in futures trading, you can’t rush. You need to enter trades with a clear understanding of the market, a solid strategy, and most importantly — use stop-losses to prevent major losses.

Now I plan to take a break, save up a bit more, and come back — this time with more knowledge, experience, and a disciplined approach. I still believe my “futures career” (if you can call it that) has potential for a positive outcome.

The main thing is not to give up or get discouraged. To anyone who’s just starting or learning — stay patient, keep a cool head, and good luck!

My Experience Entering the World of Cryptocurrency: Mistakes, Losses, and Lessons

The world of cryptocurrency seemed exciting and full of opportunities, so I decided to try my hand at it. However, the timing I chose for my entry turned out to be far from ideal. The market was going through difficult times, and I personally experienced how painful even small financial losses can be.
When my portfolio started to decline in value, I tried to offset the losses by investing additional funds. Unfortunately, this strategy did not yield the desired results. At some point, I realized that it is important not only to hope for growth but also to be prepared for risks and downturns.
I especially sympathize with those who have lost significantly more than I have. Investing thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars and watching them depreciate is a tough challenge. I believe that the dark period in the cryptocurrency market will eventually come to an end, and better times lie ahead.
My main takeaway from this situation is that before investing, it is crucial to thoroughly analyze the market, develop a risk management strategy, and invest only what you are willing to lose. Despite the difficulties, I remain hopeful that the situation will improve, and this experience will become a valuable lesson for me in the future.

My First Experience Investing in Cryptocurrency with Binance

I had always heard about cryptocurrency but never really understood how it worked, let alone dared to invest. However, I decided to try something new and asked ChatGPT the question: "Which cryptocurrency should I invest in for a test?" Thanks to the recommendations, I chose a few popular cryptocurrencies and began my journey as an investor.

For the test, I decided to deposit $40 on Binance to see how it works. To my surprise, my first experiment brought results – I gained $18 in a month! This was a big encouragement for me and showed that cryptocurrency could be an exciting investment tool even for beginners.
