National Day of Mourning Declaration for Nationwide Observance
On April 1, 2025, at 12:51 PM and 42 seconds, the following actions will be carried out:
✔ Lowering the national flag to half-mast and observing one minute of silence in front of the flagpole (or at an appropriate location) as a sign of respect during official ceremonies.
✔ Travelers and pedestrians are encouraged to pause for one minute in silence and bow their heads in respect at the designated time.
✔ Expressing mourning at the specified time through momentary solemn reflection and reverence.
✔ Media outlets will broadcast mourning logos during this period.
✔ Religious observances, including prayers, chanting, and acts of charity, will be conducted according to individual faiths.
