Expansion of the Pi Advertising Network: Now Open for All Pi Apps Listed in the Mainnet Ecosystem
Last year, we introduced the vision and initial trial of the Pi Ad Network — where advertisers use Pi to place ads within the Pi ecosystem and Pi Apps. This initial phase was launched as a trial in 5 social applications and was modified based on feedback from participating developers. The Pi Advertising Network is the first platform-level utility service that utilizes the combined resources of the Pi Network to bring real utility of Pi as a currency.
Developers can now apply to join the Pi Ad Network and connect with the first group of participating Pi Apps in the trial program, which are now generating advertising revenue. However, the selection requirement is that your application must be listed on the Mainnet Ecosystem Interface and adhere to the developer system guidelines.
Note: Applying does not guarantee that your application will be accepted — it still must meet the listing criteria in the Mainnet system to be approved.
