English Translation:
"And if Allah had willed, He would have made them one nation; but He admits whom He wills into His mercy. And the wrongdoers have no protector or helper."
Explanation of this verse:
In this verse, Allah Almighty mentions His infinite power and will. He could have guided all people to the same religion and path if He wished. However, He did not do so. The reason is that He has granted mankind consciousness and free will. Through this free will, people can choose the good or the bad path.
Allah Almighty guides whom He wants in His grace and includes him in His mercy. On the other hand, those who commit injustice, reject the truth, and deny Allah.
