I have probably made a cumulative profit of around 30 million from trading cryptocurrencies, with a principal of less than 200,000. I haven't worked for seven years and have been trading cryptocurrencies full-time. 1. The risk of each trade must not exceed 10% of the trading principal, which means 10% of the trading principal. For beginners, it is recommended to keep it between 2% - 5%!
2. After entering the market, you must not blindly close positions due to a lack of patience. Market fluctuations take time, and before the market proves your actions are wrong, you need to have enough confidence and patience.
3. You must execute according to your plan and must not overtrade.
4. After trading correctly and making a profit, you should adjust your take profit and stop loss as a safeguard to boldly pursue greater profits until the trend changes.
5. After entering the market, you cannot casually cancel your stop-loss point. The entire trading process after entering the market is a risk control process, so you must set up protection after entering, and naked trading is strictly prohibited.
6. Avoid adding costs after successful trades, that is, avoid adding positions.
7. You cannot casually switch from long positions to short positions; this is a high-skill operation.
8. When trading is going smoothly, avoid arbitrarily increasing your position. The probability of making mistakes is very high at this time because you may become complacent.
