Binance US and the SEC have reached an agreement that will avoid a complete freeze of assets on the platform while the regulator considers the lawsuit.
The agreement states that Binance Holdings, BAM Management US, BAM Trading Services and CZ will repatriate the assets of Binance US clients. Binance US is also prohibited from disposing of assets except to cover operating expenses.
US clients have full access to their funds on the platform.
