Do you know why? Because I built up my deposit over six months, gradually, and little by little. Each time I invested an amount that didn't affect my daily life in any way, and that I could afford to lose. That way I built up a decent portfolio, and I didn't hurt myself in any way. And even if everything goes to zero now, I'll certainly sigh with regret, but I'll understand that at least my life won't change for the worse from this loss.
