On June 14, the National Assembly passed the law! Some definitions that you need to know, included in the video are:

- digital money
- virtual money
What we are 'playing and being played' according to the concept of the law is digital money, okay!
With the law passed, we must understand that digital money has been recognized in Vietnam. Therefore, temporarily, all related matters (or cases) may be (subject to) handled in Vietnam.
Regarding the question of buying/selling digital money, although the law has been passed, there are still no regulations. However, Hên thinks there will be regulations in the period from now until January 1, 2026. There will be pilot projects, then precise regulations,… and guidance for us to comply with the law.
But the most important question is whether buying and selling will be taxed or affected; there is no exact answer yet, only predictions. For example: the tax on investment will be similar to the tax in securities, or buying and selling as an individual 'may' (but not certain) not be penalized until there are clear regulations!
We still have to wait for the coming time to be clear, and then we will act accordingly!
