Hello, someone please help me with this. This morning I made a p2p for Airtm, the other party supposedly transferred the funds and I don't see it reflected in my Airtm account. Then I received an email from Airtm saying that I had received a payment for the amount that had been transacted, but that it wasn't showing up in my account because the other party wrote in the payment description, 'payment for p2p Binance', and that to release my funds it was necessary for me to send them a video via email showing that I was releasing the funds to release mine. Since this is my first time working with Airtm, I did it and then they told me that they would release the money within 24 hours. So I'm not sure if Airtm works like this. For those who have worked with Airtm, please tell me if this is true? Or was it a scam?
