Just now, I transferred some U from my wallet to the exchange, and shortly after, it showed that my wallet received some U as well.
So I switched to the wallet to confirm, and the first and last few digits of the address that sent this U were exactly the same as my exchange address!
If I only confirm the first and last few digits when transferring from my wallet next time, it's very easy to accidentally transfer to a scammer's address.
I strongly advise everyone not to take shortcuts when transferring (like directly searching from the history ❌); I manually copy every time!
