🧠 Always remember if you’re buying into a narrative it’s buying into a potential trend.
If you’re buying based off TA you’re just gambling for small moves.
There’s no right or wrong but it’s important to understand what you’re doing. Narratives play usually takes a few days to weeks for longer bigger move. While TA can move as quick as a few mins on both side.

Some ppl are more comfortable holding it for swing trade and some prefer to take small profit and slowly grow their account.

If you’re buying into a trend then be sure to let it play out and set your sell layer along the way and/or moving your SL higher (if play works out)

If you’re scalping for small play then you got to make sure you’re not risking too much on any play and not over trade.

There’s this one time I was playing baccarat in a casino, saw this random guy who came out of nowhere and aped in 2k usd on the table beside mine. Which was empty. He went in one hand and lost everything then hang around that area for awhile before walking off somewhere. Seems like he’s low on chips when he did that. Yes maybe you’ll win and 1x but on the flip side if lose you’re out. It’s the same as trading, there’s no 100% play, everything is 50-50. Ofcoz with a strong catalyst support you’ll have a better chance of winning.

But that’s not the point, the point is if you break down your portfolio like betting 200 per hand. You’ll have 10 chances to catch something, every single hand don’t need to stick to 200 per ser. Like poker, some hand you rise some hand you fold. Concept and idea is the same only you can’t play buff in this game LOL

Ofcoz without taking any risk you won’t make anything. Scare money make no money. Always remind yourself why are you doing this and what is your goal, focus on the bigger picture.
