A few days ago, I swapped some Solana (SOL) for Thena (THE), not realizing that Iād eventually want to transfer them to Binance or another supported exchange. Now, Iām looking to move these Thena (THE) tokens, but Iām facing some issues.
Iāve tried using Wormhole, Allbridge, and other common platforms, but they donāt seem to support Thena (THE) yet. Iām also concerned that when I try to swap the tokens directly within Phantom Wallet, the value I receive seems much lower than the current market price of Thena (THE).
Could anyone provide advice or solutions on how I can successfully transfer my Thena (THE) to Binance? Specifically, Iām looking for:
1. Bridges or platforms that support Thena (THE).
2. Any tips on swapping or converting Thena to a supported token like SOL or USDC, which I can then transfer to Binance.
3. If there are any DEXs where I can trade or swap Thena for a more accessible token.
Iād appreciate any help or insights from the community. Thank you!

Guys, some time ago I sent from Binance #CVP PowerPool Concentrated before it was delisted from here and I sent it to my wallet #Uniswapās only that after that I have not been able to exchange it for anything. Because I didn't know how it worked and it's not a large amount that I have of CVP
Any idea how I can exchange it or for which crypto it could be. With the network $ETH is very expensive. And with $BNB it does not allow it. Any recommendation.

Be wise and patient, buy and place and earn, let the current value double or triple to place the sale. Keeping opening a sell order and exiting only makes the currency stagnate, it is stopped first by the huge number of currencies and second by the vast majority that is losing money with trades. I repeat, analyze markets, currency, trend, invest wisely, otherwise you will only have losses and then you will say that the currency is useless.
