第一:开单的下一秒就必做止损位置，不管是低倍还是高倍，跌穿自己能接受的心里承受能力的位置，都必须设置止损，这是能一直活下来的保命手段，虽然有人喜欢扛单，有时候能扛回来，但是不提倡，做错了方向带止损是必要的，学会止损才命长。 扛单只要错一次，就是归0回到解放前，这种痛我希望没有经历过的人不要去经历。

第二:合约全仓的话一次只开一单或者两单，开多了强平价格是不准的。如果一个币反方向暴跌或者爆拉，会带着其他仓位一起被强平，每多亏损一分钱，强平的位置都会发生变化。大家看我平时开仓，一般就开一个，极少情况下会开两个或者三个，正常我只有一个仓位，不贪多。如果要开多个仓位，请选择逐仓，不过逐仓不能做T，我不喜欢。

第三:强平价格前设置止损，能够避免被强平从而归0，比如爆仓价格2731，你在2730.5设置一个止损，100油的仓位你也许被止损以后账户还能剩下30多40油，如果不设置止损位，你的剩余资金将进入强平基金，这就是大家说的归0。币安的滑点还是可以的，正常主流币如果不是极端插针的情况下，设置止损很少发生穿仓情况。

第四:合约账户不要放太多资金，避免极端行情导致穿仓归0，比如今天ip 的这种情况。如果你开了100油的仓位，你的本金300油，你设置止损亏的情况下正常亏100油，你合约账户300油被穿仓，也只是亏300。如果同样100油的仓位，你合约账户放1000油，设置止损100油，有可能会被亏损500油或者穿仓归零
