RLUSD Use case
People think #RLUSD is going to send #XRP to the moon immediately.
Here is my take :
1. RLUSD approval has pumped the price up from 1.90 to 2.35 (at time of writing this)
2. This is purely a speculative pump and not one driven by fundamentals
3. The real pump will happen when the AMM/LP are setup and people realise they can earn 5% APY on chain with zero counterparty risk
4. Then you will see serious money flows into the XRPL
5. Exchanges will want to capitalise on this and so they will provide RLUSD staking, while they directly lock XRP on the XRPL and make % returns.
7. People will look to swapping USDT to RLUSD. and transferring them to their self custody wallets. This allowing them to use RLUSD to buy XRP. tokens, etc using the DEX. And of course buying LP tokens to make 5 to 6% return on their tokens (buying using both XRP/RLUSD is better than just putting one or the other)
So what this will do is raise the demand for XRP and order of magnitude, as on exchange asks dwindle down.
Market Makers will struggle with price, bots that suppress price will struggle to keep prices at bay.
Expecting this to happen from now until end of Feb.
