In my previous analysis, I broke down the Bitcoin chart 📊 using different scenarios and categorized the market into two groups.
In this analysis, I will explain why the dominant group is likely to drive the market 📌 by triggering a crash first, setting the stage for a new cycle.

Bitcoin market is operated by two groups

Let dive in to the 7 logical reasons📌⬇️
As a trader, it’s important to understand that the Bitcoin market is largely controlled by major players—including institutional investors, corporations, and even governments. These entities hold a significant percentage of Bitcoin, giving them substantial influence over price movements📌📌📌

Unlike retail traders who focus on daily, weekly, or even monthly trends.
These big players operate on higher timeframes and primarily trade in cycles, shaping the broader market structure.📌⬇️

First cycle happened when bitcoin bought from 3.8$k towards 70$k peak as shown on my screen 📌⬆️ labeled with blue color in a box
The bull run from $3.8$k to $70K was driven by several factors which includes institutional adoption (Tesla, MicroStrategy, Square), inflation hedging due to COVID-19 stimulus, and ETF speculation & approvals, which boosted demand, Halving and more.
Then profit taking began 😊📌

A heavy dip from 70$k towards 15$k 📌 which was initiated by factors such as
Regulatory crackdowns (China’s ban, U.S. restrictions), interest rate hikes reducing risk appetite, and liquidity crises from events like the Luna-UST collapse and FTX’s downfall, triggering panic selling.

Then a new cycle Began which started from 15$k towards 110$k

I won’t dive deeper in to what actually initiated
📌 i will focus on how do we know this cycle has ended
In my previous article I divided the current cycle in two groups
I mentioned that the first group are the main group who bought at 2021 at 15$k and peaked at 110$k indicated with black lines ⬇️⬇️📌

Within the first group are another group who saw trump election as a big win..this group bought from 49$k in August 2024 towards 110$k after Trump election indicated with blue lines

If you will observe the market clearly you will notice that the first group wanted to take profit in full after buying from 2021 at 15$k they decided to peak at 73$k but they got signal to hold by the sub group within them 📌⬇️😊

Yes 📌 now that the subgroup who told them to hold on for trump election 🗳️ have achieved their goal 📌😊 what is next ✔️
Guess ?
A percentage take profit will certainly happen which base on market trend will correct market towards the exact level where they want to sell but had a signal to hold 📌😊

Yes this is the likely zone market is about to retrace to

1st of all as a retest to previous resistance 📌 level that will be turn to support
2nd secondly this level is inline with logical wave level during a trending market
Usually bulls take profit on a 50% of impulsive wave 📌📌📌😊

Now what is the lower time frame traders telling us ?

On the weekly time frame that same level is serving us both horizontal and vertical support level 📌😊 which makes it a very likely level for pending buys 📌📌📌📌 I mean big buys

On the Daily 📌
We can see market retesting previous support level turning it in to a resistance
We can call this kind of trade break out retest 📌😊✔️
Someone may ask what should we expect in the coming days ?
A. So much noise in the market 😊,it is very possible to see market trtinh to break the current resistance and then reverse ⏮️ big towards the 63$k -70$k support in order to liquidate more traders who gambles it

Just as mentioned previously the zone between 96$k and 78$k are noise area so avoid it 😊
