Between April 14 and 20, 2025, the firm acquired an additional 6,556 BTC for approximately $555.8 million, at an average price of $84,785 per coin. This purchase brings Strategy's total Bitcoin holdings to 538,200 BTC, valued at around $47 billion, making it the largest corporate holder of Bitcoin, accounting for over 2.5% of the total supply.
The acquisition was financed through the sale of 1.7 million MSTR shares and over 91,200 STRK shares, generating net proceeds exceeding $555 million.
