99.99% of newly listed coins on CEX especially those with seed & launchpool tags are only for exit liquidity. Some of them continue to print All Time High (ATH) prices in a few days, weeks or even months then dumped to the bottom until now making the All Time Low (ATL) price continuously until finally the project dies and the coin is removed from the list.

No matter how good the project or your assessment of the coin is, something bad can suddenly happen and it will finally be thrown away like trash, for example in the case of TERRA LUNA (LUNA), MANTRA (OM), and many more. The point is that there are so many coins with prices below the issue price and only a few coins that can be counted on the fingers that are still above the issue price until now.
