The BOB network has transitioned its USDT contract to a new version: OpenUSDT (oUSDT).

This upgrade enables seamless cross‑chain stablecoin liquidity via Chainlink CCIP and Hyperlane.

Existing USDT holders on BOB must manually migrate to oUSDT using a 1:1 swap. The migration is handled through the BOB App's migration page.

A swap contract, seeded with $1 million in oUSDT liquidity, is available—operating on a first‑come, first‑served basis. It will remain active until October 29, 2025. After that, migrating assets will require bridging off and back via the BOB or OpenUSDT bridges.
