This season does not have a altcoin season, and there are many reasons attributed:
1. Some say that the runes led to the collapse of the altcoin season, but now the runes are also not working.
2. Some also say that the cryptocurrency market has two sides, and the external environment is not good, but $BTC is clearly in a bull market.
3. There are also claims that there are too many coins on Alpha, and altcoins cannot rise. In fact, even without Alpha, low-quality coins on the chain will still eat into the secondary market share, and what Binance is doing is actually quite good.
4. I believe that the above reasons all exist, but they are not necessary factors. The altcoin season has not come mainly because the cryptocurrency market has not grown; it’s mostly just a zero-sum game of transferring money from one hand to another. Bitcoin is in a bull market, but the funds have not flowed into mainstream coins like $ETH and $BNB , so altcoins are still not moving. The reason why altcoins surged so violently last season was that Ethereum rose about 60 times from the bottom, and BNB rose about 100 times from the bottom. If the leaders do not rise, the smaller ones can only watch.
