Because of sudden dump liquidation of long became more so better strategy for future trading is keep laverage by 10x and use 5% to 8% of your amount not much and keep amount around 50$ to 70$ so you can manage risk of liquidation and later can add amount if your liquidation is near and enjoy small amount of profit like 5$ because in seconds market can move higher or lower without any expectations. In few days market gone down and now from 2 days it's trying to recover as BTC Reached to from 52 to 58 in one hour frame time but it's failed to hold 58 and dumped again. Now BTC is 56.600 and there are chances for more dump
Regarding SOL it has dumped very badly from 160 to 120 within one month so there is chances of more dump it might reach to 100 so who ever purchased before hold your assets and who wants to purchase now it's a very good opportunity
