Holding Position Techniques!
For those in deep waters | Brothers who want to recover their losses!
Read carefully to learn holding position techniques!
For example:
With a capital of 1000U, shorting BTC at 90K with a full margin of 50U at 125x leverage; if the price rises to 95K, you're down 5000 points! At this moment, it's panic time, eager to recover losses! What should you do? Don't panic, position management should not exceed 5% for the initial position, and the liquidation line should be above 120K!
At 98K, you can add another 50U short, bringing the average price to 94K. If it pulls back to 95K, you can open a hedge position of 50-100U!
If it continues to drop by 10%, you can close about 50% of the hedge!
If it rises, you can first close some of the losing short positions, then close the corresponding long positions' profits to reduce the proportion of both sides' positions! This operation is called making T on both sides, suitable for brothers who are stuck in poor positions, mainly to manage the position【not to make a profit】!
