In 2025, the correlation between global M2 and Bitcoin remains strong. The expansion of liquidity by central banks has been closely followed by the upward movement of BTC, which has already surpassed US$$ 100 million. Historically, Bitcoin tends to anticipate liquidity peaks, functioning as a macroeconomic indicator during periods of monetary stimulus. With expectations of new capital injections into global markets, BTC may continue to be a strategic thermometer for changes in monetary policy. If global liquidity continues to rise, BTC may maintain the pace.
I believe that BTC is following the script — a drop to $73K to validate the new support, then a massive jump to $130K, my target for this bull run. Short-term drops are part of the cycle, but the overall outlook remains optimistic. Stay focused on the end game! And stay away, guys!
ETH has been consolidating throughout February, showing little movement overall. Following the recent Bybit hack a few days ago, ETH quickly recovered from its initial dip and is now awaiting a decisive breakout.
Ethereum has been the underdog of cryptocurrency “cycles,” but the recent hack has brought new attention to it, highlighting its potential to make a strong move soon (up or down).
You can see that Bitcoin is heading towards the top of the rising descending wedge. We know that the descending wedge has the highest probability of breaking out, but we may face some resistance.
In Figure 2, you can see the confluence between the descending wedge and the 50- and 100-day averages.
The movement is being important for the resumption of buying strength. We want the main confirmations to believe -- finally -- in the resumption of the highs.
Remember that we still do not have the bullish pivots at 12 pm or in the daily 🧠

XRP Achieves Ultra-Rare Golden Cross Against Bitcoin
XRP has recently shown some curious activity on its price chart, raising questions about whether this signals the start of “something bigger” or just another fluctuation in the volatile crypto market. The token has seen a remarkable 367% increase against Bitcoin since November, a performance that is hard to ignore. Now, the asset has formed a golden cross on the weekly timeframe, a technical indicator that typically suggests strong bullish momentum. However, the unpredictable nature of the crypto market complicates the outlook. XRP is currently valued at 0.000026 BTC, reflecting a 33.8% increase in the past 24 hours, though it remains far from its all-time high of 0.00025 BTC set in May 2017. Reaching such heights would require XRP’s market cap to exceed $$ 1 trillion, which would result in the asset’s price surpassing $$ 24.7.
Brazil innovates by approving the first spot XRP ETF
Brazil has taken the lead in the cryptocurrency market by approving what could be the world's first XRP spot ETF, the result of a partnership between the Hashdex asset manager and the Genial Investimentos asset manager.
The Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) has given the green light to the product, which is expected to be listed on the B3, attracting investors interested in modern financial products. In the pre-operational phase, the Hashdex Nasdaq XRP Index Fund is undergoing adjustments to ensure compliance with Brazilian regulations.
Meanwhile, the international scene is watching closely, as the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is also evaluating several applications for spot ETFs linked to XRP, Solana, Litecoin and other altcoins.
The SEC recently acknowledged Canary Capital's XRP spot ETF application, filed by Cboe BZX Exchange, initiating a public comment period before a final decision. The filing follows previous approvals of Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs.
The reelection of pro-crypto Donald Trump has raised expectations for a clearer and more open stance from the SEC, which recently formed a task force dedicated to reviewing and regulating the crypto sector.
A central point in the debate is the legal dispute between Ripple and the SEC, which began under the previous administration of the US regulator, revolving around the classification of XRP as an unregistered security.
Solana pulled a trick on the last call, and I completely ignored the head and shoulders pattern forming. This break below the support of US$ 180 was no fluke — it was a clear bearish signal hiding in plain sight.
Now, with US$ 155 in focus, the question is: was this just a hoax or is there more downside ahead? Either way, the next move will be big. Keep an eye on US$ 174 and US$ 155!
Bitcoin, XRP, BNB, and Solana have all posted solid gains, but ETH is still down 3% over the last year, even after ETF approval.
Will Ethereum finally break out? Technicals remain neutral, but the upcoming Pectra Upgrade could boost momentum by improving scalability and lowering fees.
We are at a very important point for Bitcoin within this bullish channel structure.
As I showed previously, this channel would need to hold Bitcoin to return to new highs.
The figure shows that Bitcoin is testing the lower line of the channel after a sequence of previous touches that held the price.
This line has acted as a relevant support for the market in recent months, and now it is being put to the test again.
What is noteworthy is that we are exactly at the edge of this channel, and the loss of this region may indicate a structural break, bringing a scenario of greater correction in the short term, eventually to the 20-week average that we are following.
“Trump’s tariff war is impacting the entire market,” said Caroline Bowler, CEO of BTC Markets. “Concerns about trade wars and stagflation triggering recessions are spreading across altcoins and Bitcoin.” Selling pressure dragged Bitcoin to around $0.722,708,829,594,000.
