Recruiting Web3 Project Backend Project: Hubble AI @MeetHubble Position Title: Backend Engineer (Web3 Direction) Position Type: Full-time | Location: Remote
About Hubble AI Hubble AI is a self-driven on-chain trading and social data infrastructure, with products including the on-chain data analysis platform Hubble and the attention economy (Attentionfi) application Koegen. We are committed to providing deep data insights for crypto users, on-chain research enthusiasts, and project parties, driving intelligent development in the industry.
Backend Responsibilities: 1. Backend business data processing and development: Based on business needs, design and develop highly available and high-performance data processing modules to efficiently compute and analyze complex business logic, supporting the core functions of the on-chain data analysis platform. 2. Cross-team collaboration with product and frontend teams, collecting market feedback and user needs, promoting backend technical solution iterations, ensuring alignment between technical implementation and product roadmap.
Ideal Candidate: 1. Web3 Specialized Experience: Experience deploying in the Solana ecosystem is preferred, with capabilities in building Solana nodes, optimizing RPC services, and designing and selecting high-performance on-chain data parsing solutions; 2. Familiarity with the Solana ecosystem toolchain (such as solana-validator, Anchor framework). 3. Containerization and deployment skills: Proficient in using Docker Compose/K8s for containerized deployment and cluster management, with expertise in CI/CD processes, automated deployment of middleware components, configuration management, and troubleshooting capabilities. 4. Core Technical Skills: Proficient in the underlying principles, architectural design, and practical application of Kafka, ClickHouse, Postgres, Redis, and Mongo, with development and operations experience in multiple projects, able to independently solve complex technical problems. 5. System Operations Skills: Proficient in Linux operating systems, skilled in server configuration, resource scheduling, security hardening, and monitoring system setup; familiar with the use of monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana. 6. Backend Development Skills: Proficient in at least one backend development language (such as Go, JS), with good coding standards, modular development thinking, and unit testing capabilities, able to efficiently implement business requirements. 7. Distributed Systems Experience: Familiar with distributed systems and microservices architecture design, with experience in system design, development, and performance optimization in high concurrency and big data scenarios, ensuring system scalability and stability.
We Offer: Competitive salary + performance bonus tokens and equity incentives, sharing long-term growth dividends, opportunities for rapid promotion to management positions, leading team building and resource allocation.

Tomorrow, we will provide knowledge about stablecoins to fund managers in Central and Wall Street through Citibank. On one side, Web3 builders are disappointed with the industry and are increasingly turning to AI, while on the other side, traditional finance practitioners are taking small steps to learn about crypto, looking for early-stage projects to participate in. Circle is about to go public on the US stock market, and more and more quality companies in the crypto space with revenue are choosing to go public on the US stock market. Times have changed.
Tomorrow, we will introduce the knowledge of stablecoins to the fund managers in Central and Wall Street through Citibank. On one side, people in Web3 are disappointed with the industry and are shifting their focus to AI, while on the other side, people in traditional finance are making small but quick steps to learn about crypto, looking for early-stage targets. Circle is about to go public on the US stock market, and more and more quality companies in the crypto space with revenue are choosing the route of going public in the US stock market. Times have changed.
