My explosive entry into crypto (and my first mistakes)

🧠 12 years late… and a direct slap

In 2013, I was told about Bitcoin. I laughed: “Another Ponzi scheme…”

I missed the biggest opportunity of my life.

⏩ 12 years later, mid-January 2025, I arrive on Binance.
No background. Just the idea that I’m going to get rich in a month.

I refuse to buy Bitcoin “too expensive” at €100,000,
so I turn to ETH, SOL, BNB, XRP…

But I don’t look at any charts.
And I buy… just after the ATH 🤡

💸 My first purchases:
• ETH at €3,156
• XRP at €3
• SOL at €241
• BNB at €651

At that moment, I have no idea that I am literally…
the exit liquidity. 😅

📉 I haven’t seen a red candle yet.
But it’s coming…

The crash, the panic and the first real lesson

📉 When everything collapses…

February 1, 2025.
I discover that the crypto market has two colors.
I had seen a bit of green.
Now I see red. A lot.

ETH drops below €2,000
XRP collapses
SOL and BNB follow the drop…

My portfolio melts away.
I tell myself “as long as I don’t sell, I haven’t lost.”
But fear sets in. Then panic.

I sell everything.
At a loss. -50%. Without even knowing what a stop loss was.

📌 First real lesson:

Without knowledge, you won't enter.
Otherwise, you will be punished.

I could have stopped everything there.
But I am stubborn 😅
Now I work, I learn, I take notes.

🎯 What I propose to you here:

No six-figure portfolio.
No “magic signal”.
No copy/paste of news already seen 100 times.

Just a sincere return on my beginnings:

👉 My mistakes (spoiler: there are many)
👉 Maybe my successes, one day 😅
