Let’s walk that through.
US government would have to issue a convertibility price per share and pay people out just like they did with nationalising the Gold.
Those dollars would go to Bitcoiners and they would buy BTC on the open market.
BTC would moon.
Up until now much of the MSTR buying has been from Bitcoiners selling BTC to buy MSTR in an internal rotation loop without new USD coming in.
Nationalising MSTR is effectively buying the BTC when tracking the capital flows.
It’s smart because it pushes the liquidity impact (everyone buying BTC at once) onto the prior MSTR holders and the US Government would get a single large market buy at a locked in price while BTC moons afterwards.
