💭My name is Richard Tang, and if you allow me, I’ll tell you how I ended up at the center of one of the most dynamic and exciting industries of our time: cryptocurrency.
💭So, it’s 2017. I was the head of ABW Global Market, and frankly, my world revolved around traditional finance. But at one of the conferences in sunny Florida, where they usually discuss the usual topics - from futures to stock markets - there was a new energy in the air. This new drive came from young, ambitious people, talking about cryptocurrencies with sparkling eyes. I noticed that I was not the only one captivated by this atmosphere. More and more voices talking about the future of finance were coming from this sphere, and I could not remain indifferent.

ℹ️Among the achievements, they highlighted new levels of speed and throughput in the BNB CHAIN network.
🫣For example, a recent record: 3942 transactions per second, fitting into one block.
🙃Binance aims to create a blockchain that is as user-friendly as standard services.
👌One of the goals is to transfer liquidity from CEX exchanges to the DEFI space, while making it as convenient as possible for users.
😏Future plans:
- increase speed by 5 times, meaning users won't even feel the waiting period for transactions.
- throughput will aim for 20K transactions per second (including exchanges and interactions with contracts).
