Many people don't know what transaction fees are, so let's talk about them in detail today.
Transaction fees are often the most easily overlooked cost in the transaction process. Taking the transaction fee of Binance Exchange as an example, we can calculate it like this:
Assuming your principal is 10,000U:
Using 10x leverage, your transaction amount will be magnified to 100,000U. If calculated at a rate of 0.05%, the transaction fee for each transaction is 50U.
Completing a contract transaction, including opening and closing positions, the total transaction fee is 100U.
In summary: If you use 10x leverage and conduct 5 contract transactions per day,
the daily transaction fee is: 5 times * 100U=500U;
The monthly transaction fee is: 500U*30 days = 15,000U;
The annual transaction fee is: 15,000U*12 months = 180,000U;
This is just based on the calculation of 10x leverage. If a higher leverage is used, such as 20 times or 50 times, the handling fee will be even more amazing.
Therefore, in order to make a long-term profit, it is necessary to reasonably plan and manage transaction costs. How can we reduce the expenditure of handling fees?
1. Holding bnb: In order to promote its own currency, the platform encourages everyone to hold bnb. Choosing bnb to deduct handling fees can enjoy a 10% discount. That is to say, for a handling fee of 500U, after using bnb to deduct, you only need to pay 400U. (There is a 25% discount for spot)
