First, you definitely need to trade contracts because contracts allow both long and short positions. It's very difficult to trade spot; when the market is bad, you can only watch. How to trade contracts? Follow the method I described.
Step One: First, let’s talk about position management. The total position for building should be a maximum of 6%, with 100 times leverage. It can be divided into three scenarios: one is 1-2-3 add and reduce positions, the second is 1-1-4 add and reduce positions, and the third is 1.5-1.5-3.

Step Two: Only trade Bitcoin or occasionally trade Ethereum. First, amplify the leverage to 100 times. If Bitcoin incurs a floating loss of 200%-300%, you can add another 2%. Normally, there will be a rebound, and when you break even, you can reduce the added 2% or 1%, and hold the rest. If extreme market conditions or critical support arise, you can stop loss entirely, so the entry point is very important.
