Dear Richard Teng / Binance officials:
I am writing to formally dispute the erroneous rejection of my valid winning click in the BNB Button Game, which resulted in an unjust denial of 20 BNB due to Binance’s unsubstantiated claims of a "network error."
Documented Evidence of Binance’s System Error:
Video Proof Confirms Valid Click:
My click at ~28.20s (video attached) immediately reset the timer to ~27.83s, confirming server-side registration.
The timer ran smoothly without delays or errors, and my attempt was deducted—clear proof the transaction was processed.
The registered time and date appeared immediately post-click, further disproving any alleged "network error."
No network error message.
Contradictory & Unsubstantiated Claims by Support:
Initially, support falsely cited an "intervening click" (impossible, as no sub-30s times were recorded).
Later, they alleged a "network error" but refused to provide evidence, hiding behind "internal data" confidentiality.
Unjust Refusal to Escalate:
I explicitly requested escalation to a higher official, but the team denied this request without justification.
The escalation team acknowledged my video but deferred to an opaque "technical report," refusing independent review.
Demand for Immediate Resolution:
Per the game’s rules and the irrefutable video evidence, Binance owes me 20 BNB. If the issue were truly client-side:
The timer would not have run smoothly.
Error messages would have appeared.
The attempt would not have been deducted.
The time and date would not have registered post-click.
I demand:
Immediate credit of 20 BNB to my account
Next Steps if Unresolved:
As a Pakistani consumer, I will escalate this matter to:
-SECP
-SBP(for crypto-related grievances).
International platforms like the Financial Action Task Force (FATF)if Binance continues to disregard evidence.
-FIA cyber crime wing

Video proof (– not shared publicly still).

I expect a resolution within 48 hours. Failure to address this fairly will compel me to pursue all available legal and regulatory avenues
