They declared #xrp as a payment network. Well this is not new. This negociations are 2 year old, now. At that time XRP price was under 1USDT also is centralized Coin. They will use XRP blockchain to make the payments, XRP is only a token, not a security, of this blockchain. Also in their strategic statement is specified the aquisition of BTC at 60000 for the strategic rezerve. Well, they will not buy at this moment. The market will evolvev as usual. The conclusion: they will buy only when the market will drop huge.
