A Chartered Accountant with a strong technology foundation, Guruprasad has led finance and fintech operations across Asia, the Middle East, and the West. At Serenity, he will help guide tokenization models and crypto-native investment structures through the lens of global finance.
🔹 Jay Fallah – Director of Blockchain Innovation & Product Architecture
A Canadian innovator and technologist with deep expertise in IoT security, digital trust, and data systems. Jay is the holder of multiple patents, including US11431498B2 for a quantum-augmentable hybrid encryption system. His appointment will support Serenity’s core mission of building secure, scalable, and modular blockchain solutions.
These additions mark a strategic phase for Serenity as it continues to scale its modular DeDaSP architecture and prepare for broader ecosystem integration, including its flagship product – the #sAxess Card. Q: What is Serenity doing in Dubai and how does it handle RWA regulations?
🔵 Serenity works closely with UAE government entities to align blockchain ownership with legal land registries. RWS (Real World Services) is our framework to make tokenized assets legally recognized and compliant. Fractional ownership is great, but we’re focused on making it enforceable in court, not just on-chain. That means working directly with ministries, not building in isolation.
Q: How does NFT sharding work with Serenity’s seed storage, and what’s the role of Secret Network?
🔵 When you create a sBox, your recovery key is turned into an #nft , then split into three shards. Two of three are needed to recover. The data is encrypted using Secret Network’s layer and stored securely on-chain. The method is under U.S. patent filing and supports biometric-linked inheritance. This ensures maximum recoverability without compromising privacy.
Q: How is sAxess different from other hardware wallets like Ledger or Trezor?
🔵 sAxess combines card-level biometric auth, blockchain-based seed storage, and PIN protection. Ledger and Trezor store everything locally. Serenity spreads the risk and adds layers of security most wallets don’t. It’s designed for both personal use and institutional-grade security. Unlike typical wallets, Serenity treats access and survivability as one continuous architecture.

🔵 Expect integration of AI agents, quantum-resistant encryption, and new modules aimed at enterprises. There’s also a payment card in development and retail partnerships being negotiated with Amazon and Best Buy. We’re scaling product development and go-to-market execution in parallel.
Q: What’s your view on market cycles and bull runs?
🔵 The next bull run won’t look like 2017 or 2021. Institutions are here. ETFs and regulations are changing the game. Retail can still win, but only by backing real products, not hype. Fundamentals will dictate the next wave. Serenity is positioning to be one of the projects that survive and lead through every cycle.

A recent report from The Hacker News exposed how the hacking group Storm 1977 infiltrated cloud-based education systems by targeting their weakest link, passwords. Using tools like AzureChecker, they scanned for reused or weak credentials, accessed internal platforms, and silently hijacked them to mine cryptocurrencies. The attack didn’t require brute force, just outdated login methods and predictable human error.
