The BTC Staking parameters for Babylon Genesis have been updated and the unbonding fee for Phase-2 stakes is now 30 sats/vbyte (9600 sats total)

📌 Phase-1 stakes unbonding fee remains unchanged

🚨 New governance proposal for the modification of the BTC Staking parameters of the Babylon Genesis chain live today:

Reduce unbonding fee for new Phase-2 stakes from 100 → 30 sats/vbyte (9600 sats total).
