ARPA Network & ZkLink Partner to Power Interoperable Layer 3 DApps With Verifiable Randomness
ARPA Network is proud to announce a strategic partnership with zkLink through zkLink Nova, the industry’s first aggregated Layer 3 zkEVM Rollup network. Built on top of Ethereum and Ethereum Layer 2s, zkLink Nova introduces a unified, scalable, and EVM-compatible Layer 3 infrastructure for seamless smart contract deployment and asset interoperability. As part of this collaboration, ARPA will integrate Randcast, its decentralized and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG), into the zkLink Nova ecosystem to provide fair, transparent, and tamper-proof randomness for developers and applications building on Nova.
Empowering Layer 3 DApps With ARPA Randcast’s Verifiable Randomness
zkLink Nova addresses one of the biggest challenges in the Ethereum ecosystem: fragmented liquidity and isolated assets across Layer 2s. By aggregating assets, Nova simplifies development for DApp creators and opens the door to a new class of multi-rollup applications.
Through the integration of Randcast, ARPA Network brings its proven cryptographic infrastructure to zkLink Nova, providing a decentralized and verifiable random number generator powered by threshold BLS signatures. This gives developers access to randomness that is verifiable on-chain, resistant to tampering, and optimized for real-time smart contract usage.
With this integration, developers building on zkLink Nova can leverage Randcast to power use cases such as:
Transparent lottery, raffle, and airdrop mechanisms
Randomized AI outputs and generative content applications
ARPA Randcast Advancing The Layer 3 Ecosystem
Both zkLink and ARPA Network are committed to advancing the modular, scalable, and decentralized future of Ethereum. While zkLink Nova pioneers aggregated interoperability at the Layer 3 level, ARPA ensures that essential building blocks like randomness can be delivered securely and verifiably, without relying on centralized oracles or opaque systems.
By offering ultra-low gas costs, Ethereum-grade security, and fast finality, zkLink Nova provides the ideal environment for scalable DApp innovation. Meanwhile, ARPA Randcast enhances that environment by removing one of the biggest pain points in smart contract development: access to unbiased, verifiable randomness.
As this partnership unfolds, developers and users alike can expect a richer and more secure application experience, built on top of zkLink Nova’s innovative zkEVM stack and backed by ARPA’s decentralized computation network.
Stay tuned for upcoming integration milestones and technical rollouts as zkLink Nova and ARPA Network work together to accelerate the future of interoperable, secure, and intelligent Layer 3 DApps.
About zkLink
zkLink Labs is building a P2P AI Agent Network to power the machine economy.
We’re expanding beyond infrastructure, venturing into the future of autonomous, intelligent agents.
At our core, zkLink Labs develops leading aggregated rollup infrastructure, unifying liquidity across chains while delivering security and scalability through zk-Proofs. With purpose-built solutions like zkLink X and zkLink Nova, we offer an open platform that simplifies DeFi, presenting a unified ecosystem for a seamless blockchain experience, now enhanced by AI agents designed to operate, transact, and interact across this network.
About ARPA
ARPA Network (ARPA) is a decentralized, secure computation network built to improve the fairness, security, and privacy of blockchains. The ARPA threshold BLS signature network serves as the infrastructure for a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG), secure wallet, cross-chain bridge, and decentralized custody across multiple blockchains.
ARPA was previously known as ARPA Chain, a privacy-preserving Multi-party Computation (MPC) network founded in 2018. ARPA Mainnet has completed over 224,000 computation tasks in the past years. Our experience in MPC and other cryptography laid the foundation for our innovative threshold BLS signature schemes (TSS-BLS) system design and led us to today’s ARPA Network.
Randcast, a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG), is the first application that leverages ARPA as infrastructure. Randcast offers a cryptographically generated random source with superior security and low cost compared to other solutions. Metaverse, game, lottery, NFT minting and whitelisting, key generation, and blockchain validator task distribution can benefit from Randcast’s tamper-proof randomness.

ARPA Network Community Pool Staking Program: Round V Now Live!
Dear ARPA Community,
Building upon the strong momentum and engagement from previous rounds, we are thrilled to announce the official launch of Round V of the ARPA Network Community Pool Staking Program. This latest round brings yet another opportunity for both new and existing supporters to participate in the growth, security, and decentralization of the ARPA Network by staking ARPA tokens.
Round V Overview
Start Date: August 1, 2025
Monthly Rewards: 666,666 ARPA tokens
Total Rewards: 4 million ARPA tokens over a 6-month period
Cap Per Address: Up to 5 million ARPA tokens per address
Community Pool Cap: 100 million ARPA tokens
Unstaking Period: 14-day unlock before tokens can be claimed
Flexibility: Stake or claim rewards at your convenience, with no minimum staking requirement
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who has participated in previous rounds. Your continued support is essential to the ARPA Network’s success and ongoing decentralization.
Why Staking Matters
Staking is fundamental to maintaining the integrity and efficient operation of the ARPA Network. It provides incentives to token holders who help secure and optimize the network’s performance.
The ARPA Network is designed as a permissionless system, open to anyone interested in joining and running nodes. The network’s strength depends on both the number of participating nodes and the amount of ARPA staked. As more nodes join and more tokens are staked, the ARPA Network becomes more robust and reliable. By staking your ARPA tokens, you actively contribute to the network’s security and help defend against potential threats.
Staking also promotes decentralization by encouraging broader participation in node operation, preventing any single entity from gaining excessive control. This ensures the network remains resilient and resistant to centralization risks.
By participating in staking, you not only earn rewards but also play a pivotal role in enhancing the network’s security, efficiency, and long-term sustainability. Your involvement as an early adopter helps shape the network’s future and positions you as a key contributor within the ARPA ecosystem.
Community Pool Staking: Accessible to All
We understand that not everyone may be interested in running a node or managing hardware. The Community Pool Staking Program is designed as a simple and accessible option, allowing anyone to participate without technical barriers or minimum staking thresholds. Whether you are a long-term supporter or new to ARPA, joining the Community Pool is as easy as a few clicks.
Participating in Round V is straightforward. To stake your ARPA tokens and start earning rewards, simply visit our staking portal:
Just follow the step-by-step instructions to deposit your tokens. Enjoy the flexibility to claim your rewards or unstake at your convenience (please note the 14-day unlock period for unstaking).
Thank You for Your Support
