Recently started trying to buy some altcoins.
I had been watching from the sidelines, hesitant to enter the market, but seeing some altcoins skyrocket thousands or even tens of thousands of times in just a few seconds was simply too tempting.
The urge inside me was hard to suppress, and not wanting to become a complete gambler, I decided to start with a small amount of a few U.
At first, my luck was good; I mostly made small profits, and there was even one time when my principal doubled. So I started to get out of control, specifically targeting coins that had been online for less than five minutes and were rapidly rising.
Then, tragedy struck.
The early trend was indeed fierce, rising forty to fifty # points in just a few seconds, and at that moment, my mindset changed: it would keep rising, I could wait a bit longer. However, just as I was preparing to sell, a sudden waterfall hit, and I was completely stunned—my account was instantly wiped out. Although I still had millions of coins in front of me, their market value had dropped to just 0.000 something, and my heart sank.
So I want to remind friends who are also dabbling in altcoins:
Never harbor any illusions, and don’t let the gambler's mentality take over. Otherwise, in the end, you might be left with nothing but a mess.
