COULD BITCOIN FALL TO ITS 52-WEEK SMA NEAR $92,000?

Turbulence is hitting the crypto market. Bitcoin is in a downtrend, and if that downtrend continues, how far could Bitcoin’s price fall? We can say that the 52-week simple moving average has served fairly well as support during bull seasons.

In the 5-year chart shown here, you can see how the price has reacted and bounced whenever it approached the 52-week moving average — I highlighted those areas for clarity. When Bitcoin’s closing price falls below the 52-week average, it usually indicates that the bull season has ended.

Currently, the 52-week moving average sits around $92,000, meaning that if Bitcoin enters a downtrend in the coming weeks, it could visit this level and potentially use it to restart the uptrend.

FEAR & GREED INDEX HITS 75 — BEAR MARKET SCENARIO?

The crypto Fear and Greed Index rose to 75, placing it in the "greed" zone. This indicates a high level of optimism among investors.

What you see in the visual is a bear market scenario. In the 2025 Bitcoin chart, we observe a pattern very similar to the bar pattern seen at the end of the 2021 bull market.
